She is also a doula who supports families during birth and the postpartum period to ensure that they can achieve the birth outcomes they desire as they step into new roles as parents.

This 3 hour action packed class will be full of nuggets for any one who is pregnant and wants to be prepared for birth. The goal is to help parents, not just the birthing parent adequately plan for labor/ birth as well as the immediate postpartum period.
